Last Saturday, my family and I were privileged to taste the delicious home baked Cordon Bleu of Chef-in-the-Making Alex Batac when we went to San Fernando, Pampanga. Together with her mother, Knor, we were able to witness the process from ingredients to professional plating.
Chicken, ham and cheese (and other secret ingredients) goodness with a yummy-yummy mushroom white sauce. There it goes sizzling in the pan.

The finished product. Delicious, tender and savory Cordon Bleu with fresh vegetable sidings. So much for the planned diet.
According to Alex, this was Turmeric rice, a substitute for curry rice.
